After my grandparents died I wasn't sure what I would do because their house needed so much work. Dan took the time to explain the process and gave us a very good offer. Closing was fast, but it didn't stop there. He continued to keep us updated on the house that I grew up in. I can't put into words how beautiful the home is now, and I know that my grandmother would be so proud.
